Industrial design foundation. Product design practice.
I work at the intersection of hardware systems, human behavior, and interface design — building products that live where screen meets space.

How do you make industrial-grade air purification feel personal and trustworthy? Designing the digital face of a deep-tech hardware company — app, website, and motion language — for users who distrust complexity.

Zero-to-One · Capital Advisory
Building institutional credibility without a single logo, testimonial, or transaction reference — zero-to-one platform design for a boutique capital advisory firm.

Shopify · Preventive Pet Care
A DTC pet care brand competing on prevention, not treatment — where the behavioral challenge is changing how pet owners think, not just what they buy. Trust built through clarity, not conversion tactics.
I'm Manav — trained in industrial design, now designing digital products for the physical world. I've designed companion apps for hardware ecosystems, spatial training experiences in VR, and mobile tools for everyday learning.
My industrial design background gives me a different starting point: I think about systems before screens, constraints before concepts, and physical behavior before digital interaction.
Outside the work: travel photographer, DJ, tennis player. I'm drawn to systems — whether that's a mixing board, a tennis rally, or an onboarding flow.
Full Story →Constraints first
I start every project by mapping what I can't do. Constraints show the way faster than open briefs.
Legibility under pressure
The best interfaces work when users are distracted, anxious, or in a hurry. I design for the worst moment, not the ideal one.
Physical logic in digital space
When digital interactions borrow from physical behavior — weight, resistance, momentum — users trust them faster.
Ship to learn
Concepts teach craft. Shipped products teach humility. I pursue both, equally.
